Ron Smith
Managing Director
Ron holds an accounting and law degree and has early-years experience working at a London and New York based investment bank. Ron is a serial entrepreneur and has advised other entrepreneurs, established a number of financial products and grown and disposed of trading business, property developments and investments. He has held senior position in trade associations and been involved in implementing consumer credit legislation. Ron has also been an athletics coach working with international athletes in the UK, France and Italy including participants in major championships.Ron holds an accounting and law degree and has early-years experience working at a London and New York based investment bank.

Non-executive Finance Adviser
Donald trained as an accountant at KPMG and has worked for a number of well known Scottish companies such as MacDonald Hotels, Premier Property Group and was finance director at Rangers Football Club Plc. Donald operates Corporate Delivery Limited, a consulting business.
Jerry Linehan
Director of Provisio Capital
Jerry has been a career banker having held senior management positions with Barclays (Head of Risk), RBS (Director of banking, Channel Islands and Isle of Man) and Conister Bank (Chief Executive). Jerry is now a non-executive director of a number of companies and non-executive chairperson of a quote gaming business.
